Metal Jacketed Gasket consists of a soft filler material (such as graphite, PTFE, or non-asbestos fiber) enclosed within a thin metal jacket. This design combines the strength of metal with the flexibility of the filler material, ensuring excellent sealing performance and durability.

Flat jacketed gasket is constructed using one piece of metal to cover the bottom and edges of the soft filler material, and an additional piece of metal to completely cover the face. 

 Corrugated jacketed gasket can increase resilience. Suited for circular and non-circular applications in widths of 3/8" (9.5 mm) and wider.
